Sir Thomas Cullinan Reserve 2021

Named after our renowned great-grandfather, the Sir Thomas Cullinan is our flagship wine. Sourced from individual vineyard rows of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc, each parcel is hand-harvested and meticulously sorted twice in the cellar to ensure only the finest fruit is selected.

Following fermentation, each cultivar is matured in barrel for 12 months, after which a rigorous barrel selection takes place to identify the best components from the estate. Blending then commences, followed by a further 12 months of barrel maturation to allow the wine to integrate and develop complexity.

Once barrel maturation is complete, the wine is aged for an additional 24 months in bottle prior to release, resulting in a wine of depth, structure, and refined elegance.
