Our 2021 Free to be Red is a whole bunch, carbonic style Syrah produced from our Syrah vineyard on the Estate. Fermented as whole bunched in concrete tank and matured in the same tank for 12 months creates a deliciously fresh and elegant wine with a wonderfully perfumy aroma of black currents, cloves and violet. The palate has vibrant fruit with a beautifully coated acidity and supple tannins which give it length.
