Named after our renowned great grandfather, the Sir Thomas Cullinan is our flagship wine. Individual vineyard rows of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, the grapes are hand harvested and sorted twice in the cellar. Once pressed, each cultivar will be put into barrel for 12 months, followed by a barrel selection to showcase only best from our estate.

An enticing bouquet of black currant, mulberries, and ripe plums, elegantly layered with hints of sage and cedar, offering a complex and aromatic experience.

Palate:
Rich and vibrant, the palate opens with sweet fruit flavors of black cherries, plums, and fruitcake. Savory nuances of olives and a touch of black pepper add depth and complexity. The mid-palate is beautifully structured with broad, polished tannins and a medium-plus acidity, leading to a long, satisfying finish.
