Syrah Reserve
Produced form a north facing vineyard high on the foothills of the Simonsberg Mountain in Stellenbosch. Whole bunches are fermented by natural yeasts before maturation for 24 months in French oak barriques, after which the best are selected for this wine. The wine has a sweet fruited entry with broad, plush tannins .The fresh acidity and a savoury liquorish spice give it a deliciously, lingering finish.
